Today, Grandma and Papa taught me how to chop vegetables for rice pilaf. They gave me a butter-knife to use. I know they aren't sharp but that's probably a good thing because I'm not to good with knives' yet. But what I did figure out watching Grandma is that chopping is all in the body language. Watch me work in the video. Oh by the way after my nap Papa and Grandma took me to the Point Defiance Zoo where we met up with Daddy and Mommy, at the end of each year they have lights everywhere at night. It was amazing. Grandpa was having fun taking pictures without a flash and moving the camera around to get color swirls. Wow we Wow

Played in my kitchen then outside on the deck. After that I played with lego's and Grandma and Grandpa read me 3 books, well Grandma did the reading but it was still nice having them both there. After my nap I had a suprise visitor. Auntie Di

We got to go to the fair with Ava and Jim and Katie Monday. What a treat when Ava got there she was so excited. The slide calmed her down, (still not her speed). She did like the train and the tractor and the merry-go-round.
